Pixelcraft App Development Corp. ("Pixelcraft," "we," "us," or "our") builds mobile applications for the Apple ecosystem, including Styled. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our website (pixelcraftapps.ca) and our applications (collectively, the "Services"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.
Information we collect
We aim to collect only what is needed for the Services to function. Depending on how you use them, this may include:
- Information you provide — such as content you add within the app (for example, photos and descriptions of items in your wardrobe in Styled) and any messages you send to us for support. Your wardrobe content is stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud, synced privately through your own iCloud account.
- Usage and diagnostic data — we use only Apple's built-in App Analytics and crash reporting, which Apple provides to us in aggregated, non-identifiable form to help us fix issues and improve the product. We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
- Device information — such as device model and operating system version, where needed for compatibility and support.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
- To improve, personalize, and develop features;
- To respond to your support requests and communicate with you;
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security risks; and
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
How your data is stored
Your wardrobe data — including photos, items, and outfits — is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud, it is synced privately through your own Apple iCloud account and is governed by Apple's privacy policy. Pixelcraft does not host, access, or have visibility into this content.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information, and Styled does not send your wardrobe data to Pixelcraft or to advertisers. We may disclose limited information only:
- Through Apple, where you enable iCloud sync — your data is handled by Apple under your own iCloud account and Apple's terms;
- When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process; and
- To protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or Pixelcraft.
Data retention
Because your wardrobe data is stored on your device (and, if enabled, your own iCloud account), you control how long it is kept. It remains until you delete it in the app, or until you remove the app and its associated iCloud data.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can delete items and other content directly within the Styled app at any time, and removing the app and its associated iCloud data deletes it entirely. Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
International users
We are based in Canada. If you use the Services from outside Canada, your information may be processed in Canada and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
