Delete your Styled account

You can delete your Styled account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.

Fastest: from inside the app

1. Open Styled and, on the Home screen, tap your profile picture to open Profile.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm. If you signed up with email and password, you'll be asked for your password first.

Deletion happens immediately and you'll be signed out.

Without the app

Email hello@pixelcraftapps.ca from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Styled account". If you used Sign in with Apple with "Hide My Email", tell us the relay address shown in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple → Styled. To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We'll complete it within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account, sign-in and profile, including style preferences, sizes and measurements.
• All wardrobe items, photos and generated images, outfits, boards, wishlists, worn-outfit logs and calendar plans.
• Your stylist conversations and recommendations.
• Your credits and any stored calendar connection, which is also revoked with Google.

Your records are removed from our database immediately, and your images and sign-in account within about an hour. Copies in encrypted backups expire within 30 days. Records of AI processing costs are kept with your account number removed, so they no longer identify you.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through Apple. Cancel it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions before you delete your account.
